She Just Isn't Capable

I don't care what you do to this girl, she entirely incapable of "classing it up". Ten hours of hair and make-up and something is still off with Britney Spears. At this point it's got to be her. Surely "her people" put some effort into this -yet she's still flashing her nipples.
