Katy Perry arriving at the 54th Annual GRAMMY Awards in Los Angeles last night. Katy, who wore an Elie Saab gown, was 0 for 2 at last night's awards.
I loved this dress at the Paris Haute Couture Spring 2012 Fashion Week, but I don't think Katy did it justice.
